NeuFilter's PaintGrid H was presented to the public for the first time at PaintExpo 2024 and has undergone impressive development since then. Under the motto “Think outside the box,” we have continuously optimized the paint mist separator and adapted it to the requirements of our customers.
The PaintGrid H is the evolution of our PaintGrid series and offers paint shops maximum flexibility. In combination with the PaintBlock, it ensures more efficient paint removal, less maintenance and reduced operating costs.

The PaintGrid H is characterized by its simple attachment, which makes it possible to mount the system directly in front of the PaintBlock or PaintGrid. This significantly reduces assembly costs and ensures easy integration into existing systems. Thanks to the various available angles (display degrees), the PaintGrid H can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of painting applications.
Efficient pre-collection for cost savings and extended functionality
With a pre-installation space of just 10 cm in front of the dry separator, the PaintGrid H optimizes the paint mist removal process. The additional absorption capacity of the centrifugal separator binds the overspray early on, relieves the downstream paint mist separators and thus extends the service life of the entire filter section.
The low differential pressure keeps energy consumption and operating costs low. The modular combination with the PaintBlock increases efficiency, extends maintenance intervals and thus reduces environmental impact.

How do I dispose of PaintGrid H?
Appropriate disposal when treated depends on the paints used and local municipal regulations. If you have already disposed of your filters as residual waste, you can continue to do so. The usual waste code for this is 080112 paint and varnish waste with the exception of those falling under 080111 (paint and varnish waste containing organic solvents or other hazardous substances). In any case, the classification depends on the type of paint used. If your paint is considered toxic due to the solvent content, the filter can be dried. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions and disposal instructions in accordance with the paint manufacturer's DIN safety data sheet.
